Refund and Returns Policy
At Pinewood.pk, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Since most of our pieces are custom-made to your specific requirements, we handle returns and refunds with a focus on fairness and clear communication.
1. Reporting Damages (Urgent)
We take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives safely. However, accidents during transit can happen.
- Immediate Inspection: Customers are required to inspect the furniture at the time of delivery.
- Timeline: If you notice any damage, it must be reported immediately to the delivery team or within 24 hours of receipt via our WhatsApp or contact number.
- Proof: Please provide clear photos or videos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
2. 7-Day General Issue Window
For any other non-damage issues (such as structural concerns or specification errors), you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us. After 7 days, Pinewood.pk will consider the delivery accepted and final.
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds based on a “Change of Mind.” Because each piece is built to order, we encourage you to double-check dimensions and colors before finalizing your purchase.
- Exceptional Cases: In specific cases, we may discuss an exchange or modification. Whether this is possible—and what the additional service charges would be—depends entirely on the type of furniture and its current state.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Almost all furniture at Pinewood.pk is custom-made.
- Standard Rule: Custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Exceptions: In rare cases, we may agree to a return depending on the specific design. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and must be discussed and agreed upon in writing between Pinewood and the customer.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- If a return is agreed upon due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or manufacturing defect), Pinewood will handle the logistics.
- If an exchange or return is granted as a courtesy (for a change of mind or modification), the customer will be responsible for the cost of return transport to our Karachi workshop and any applicable restocking fees.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer within 7–10 working days after the item has been received and inspected at our workshop.
